What is Google Shopping?
Google Shopping is a supplemental feed management tool that automatically submits clean, non-watermarked product photos to Google Merchant Center while keeping watermarked versions on your storefront. This is essential when you use watermarks to protect images but need clean photos for Google Shopping listings.
The tool syncs new and updated product photos once per hour to your Merchant Center supplemental feed without overwriting your primary product feed. Non-watermarked photos are stored on dedicated servers and remain backed up while your membership is active, providing a storage solution not available through Shopify.

Getting Started

Go to Photo Editor and configure watermark settings for your store images before using this tool
Sign In with Google
Click Sign in with Google to authorize SEO King to access your Google Merchant Center account
Activate Auto-Sync
Toggle on ACTIVATE to enable hourly automatic syncing of non-watermarked photos to Merchant Center
Wait for First Sync
Photos will sync within the hour. Check Google Merchant Center supplemental feed to verify upload
Important Settings
Watermark Requirement
This tool is only needed when using watermarks in Photo Editor. Without watermarks, Google uses your store photos directly
Hourly Sync Schedule
Photos sync automatically once per hour. Changes to product images may take up to 60 minutes to appear in Merchant Center
Variant Photo Management
Variants without specific photos use the first product photo as default. Manually link photos to variants for best results
Supplemental Feed Only
Tool updates supplemental feed exclusively and never overwrites your primary Google Merchant Center product feed
